Roman leads all flight training at Fly with Roman, combining a deep understanding of aviation systems, instructional technique, and personal mentorship. His calm and structured approach makes complex procedures clear and confidence-building. With extensive experience in Cirrus aircraft and a focus on safety, Roman is committed to helping pilots progress at every level — from VFR to IFR and Cirrus transition training.
Cyprian brings precision and creativity to the team, specializing in aerial media and drone instruction. As a commercial drone operator, he supports specialized missions including visual documentation, formation flying, and technology integration for training assets. His work enhances both operational capability and brand storytelling.
Kasia plays a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring that every flight and training session is planned with precision. With an analytical mind and deep knowledge of aviation workflows, she oversees scheduling logistics and supports the development of training content and processes. She’s also the first student and co-pilot on many memorable flights.
